- Registration of Architects, Professional Engineers and Quantity Surveyors;
- Regulate the qualifications and practice of Architects, Professional Engineers and Quantity Surveyors;
- Regulation of their conduct and ethics
- Conducting examinations for admission of the professions;
- Development and Promotion of the professions;
- Representing the architectural, professional engineering and quantity surveying profession in any matter at local international levels.
